We are supposed to hit 13C in Vancouver today, way above average. The skiers are not happy. And to make it even more fun, as you head up into the mountains winds are supposed his 80 kph this afternoon. The only silver, or rather yellow, lining is the possibility of a a few breaks in the clouds tomorrow afternoon. Other than that the forecast is for rain, rain, and rain, followed by more rain. LC
