This article is greatly distorting much about the EV industry in Canada. I call it a hit piece. I will mention only two of many.
Subsidies …i as a Cdn taxpayer just handed out 32 BILLION $ to build an environmental disaster (pipeline ) thru my home province….the rich oil industry contributed nada. No mention of this subsidy.

Cost….if the US continues to renege on all their sweet heart subsidized car plants and pull them out of Canada then hopefully the Cdn government will allow a free market place for vehicles….top notch fully equipped Chinese EV ‘s will be available for under 20 thou Cdn $.

Thank you Alastair for sharing that article from the CDN based globe and mail but it is exceptionally biased…
