I'm a cohort wrt the benefits of cardio. By way of evidence I'm a lifetime jock junky so much of my cardio was simply a life style. For the last 15 years I've developed a cardio based fitness program that has served me well as I approach my 80th. Every day cardio without fail evidenced as HighCardioIntervalTraining, MediumCardioIntervalTraining, and LowCardioTraining. The numbers assigned to those workouts are a bit random, 150,125,100.

A quick take if you will allow, my reaction to your fish oil plus aerobic exercise would grant the aerobic and say maybe to the fish oil. I've recently begun some supplements and have access(wife) to a fish oil supplement but the efficacy is questionable for me as is the efficacy of the supplements I do take. Maybe can be a good choice.
