Let's see... + We don't know how much is the shortfall, + We don't know what caused the shortfall, + We don't know the nature of the shortfall, + We don't know the insurability of the shortfall. + We do know this reflects poorly on management, + We do expect that future sales & capacity are intact, + We hope that customers don't flee. I'm glad to hear so much confidence presented here regarding Mr. Pino. I hope Greenlaw does not just walk without first naming a successor (unless he's guilty of more than incompetence).
