If you go to my local grocery store you will find no farmed fish, I eat a lot of salmon, mostly fresh sockeye, sometimes I buy canned Sockeye for making a quick meal of salmon and rice. I eat the Japanese style rice not the Uncle Ben's crap my Dad used to buy when I was a kid. This year we had the largest run of Sockeye in the Fraser river in many years.
