If you want to debate U.S. policy decisions, let’s actually debate them, not misrepresent my point.

You claimed I can’t distinguish between Iranian people and the Islamic Republic.

I showed you exactly how that distinction exists and why it matters.

Instead of acknowledging that, you shifted to a completely different topic and called it “projection.”

Regarding travel restrictions: every administration, left or right, has imposed broad security measures after terror attacks, often clumsy, sometimes unfair, but policies are not proof of personal prejudice.

My point stands:
  • Iranian is not Muslim
  • Opposition to the Islamic Republic is not hatred of Iranians
  • Criticizing a regime is not condemning an entire culture
If you want a real conversation, address those distinctions instead of pretending they don’t exist.

Otherwise, you’re just changing the subject to avoid conceding you were wrong.
