The QCOM share price reflects different types of analysis. If you're into technical analysis, which is a form of trend analysis, with a variety of signals given by the shape of a curve over a certain time period, then everything you need to know about the stock is reflected in its price. During the 5-year period you noted, the stock at one point went up to about $205, before settling back down.

If you are more interested in value analysis, as I am, then a key factor is the value of its some 170,000 patents, most of which were created in house and therefore have a value of zero on the balance sheet. Patents acquired through a purchase, such as the Nuvia patents, have a positive value on the balance sheet. The fact that most of the patents have zero value argues strongly that the stock is grossly undervalued, but only by those who look for value in new and novel methods of getting work done.

Since the majority of analysts prefer the ease of number crunching changes in price and volume, the stock doesn't look exciting and the price reflects those views. I've never found technical analysis useful except for predicting short term price changes, anywhere from a few weeks down to the next 15 minutes. If you like number crunching for value, then consider the ratio of net income per share on asset value of QCOM. That measure will look better than that for many other tech sector firms with fewer unexhausted patents.
