I've recently begun some supplements and have access(wife) to a fish oil supplement but the efficacy is questionable

A reminder: Most fish oils are low in EPA/DHA and you'd have to take a ton of it to get enough EPA/DHA to get the desired effects. I take Carlson Elite. 1,400mg EPA/DHA per gel cap. One with breakfast and another with dinner.
