I only watch a few things to determine whether stocks are in buy range.

Some people have a way more comprehensive set of indicators. When I start getting too much info I get overwhelmed and sit on my hands. When you bought SOXL back in April I liked the buy but did nothing because I allowed myself to get fixated on the day to day news cycle. After that it became a psychological thing - I couldn't POSSIBLY buy at 12 when I could have bought at 8 last week.

What I needed to do was ignore the noise and pull the trigger on SOXL or NVDL. Even if the market continued to slide for a while the decision to buy was the right decision
