I will check out FIX. of concern to me was that the contractor i dealt with is a family business and I wondered how solid the 10 year supposed warranty of parts and labor would actually be if the owner was unable to run the business anymore. its not a bad idea all these Data Centers will need to be cooled somehow.

I have to say You would think that these units could be built so that part could be replaced as they wear out without the need to replace an entire unit but I am not an engineer. My refrigerator runs 24 hours a day and I think its 20 years old, in the 8 year ive owned it Ive had to replace one part. I doubt that my HVAC unit is on more than 30% of the time, and in 8 years I have already had to replace the freon or whatever they use now twice.
