The 2-hour index charts show IWM has the most bullish post-Fed possibilities. Other indexes are showing bearish topping patterns. However, those may resolve in a bullish manner as well. It's just not the types of formations that typically resolve up.

The SOX appears to be forming a topping/reversal. Again, that may not follow through, but it sure looks real on the 2-hour charts. This is similar to how the AMAT chart I posted yesterday looks.
