Stop Ford from bankrupting Ontario and saddling all of us with billions in debt. Force him to balance the budget and cut costs.

You have the chance to shape Ontario’s next budget.

Ontario Premier Doug Ford has officially opened public consultations to get input on the 2026 provincial budget.

The government’s fall budget update forecast adds $32 billion to the province’s debt, driving up total debt to $459 billion.

And just like shopaholics racking up credit card debt, government debt comes with a cost and interest charges will cost taxpayers $16 billion this year.

Meanwhile, Ford abandoned his promises to cut income taxes, business taxes, corporate welfare and political welfare.

But YOU can change that.

By taking the government’s short survey, you can direct Ford to cut taxes and end government borrowing.

The government’s consultation is biased towards spending billions more next year. But you can avoid the government’s trap by responding “no opinion” on big spending questions.

Instead, focus on telling the government to cut taxes and manage the debt on questions one, five and eight.

I already completed the survey because I know just how important it is for everyday Ontarians to tell the government to cut taxes and stop adding more debt.
