I will not be rotating by trimming outperformers and adding to underperformers. I have cash to work with, I'll be using that cash to add to mostly staples and utilities, but a few other stocks as well.

I'll be putting about $40K to work tomorrow in the Legacy Portfolio.

As dividends hit the accounts, they will be reinvested in mostly companies in the Defensive Sector.

At some point, the momentum is going to switch from tech to other sectors. I want to have established positions for when that time comes, and when that time comes, I'll add more to those holdings using the momentum strategy.
