I am amazed that you are still with us. Your tenacity has surprised me and possibly yourself? I have been looking through old posts in an attempt to answer your question about 10Q filings etc. I remember posts which mention the difficulties this company has been in over the years and I remember reading a lot of Edgar filings. Mostly I thought that was then this is now we'll get a JV and live happily ever after, well that fairytale and honeymoon are over! So far, a quick search has not shown direct links to Edgar but I am almost certain they were there. If time allows will post.
Here is a GREAT post from the past, that mentions something now very important. Something that I did not think existed yet, A BUSINESS PLAN! For exploration anyway. I do not know, the way Jim and Lionel talked about it, if it has been changed, with the new JV and all. The last time I talked to BCMD about the business plan the info was that they couldn't do one until they knew if JV would take the option for 49%. Now that they know this since Feb 2nd, I have not been able to pry one out of BCMD, perhaps I will try tomorrow. In any case, here is the old(?) one, as reported by Gary. Notice the mention of the annual report.
