Actually, I typically hit the sack at around 9 or 9:30 pm and get up around 3:30 am...

Yesterday I did stay up a little longer...

Then I go back to sleep around 5 or so and then get up around now which I just did...

And then, I have breakfast, watch the markets until around 10 or 10:30 am and then I go to the park for my daily work out which includes a walk around the perimeter of this very large and beautiful park, that's about 4 miles, maybe longer...

I do that everyday weather permitting...

So, I walk about 100 miles each month...

This means in the past 6 years alone I walked from the atlantic ocean to the pacific ocean and back...

When I get home from my workout I hit the heavy bag in the garage for about 10 minutes, that alone is a solid workout...

When I was a kid I was trained in boxing for several years, I loved the boxing workout, running, skipping rope, hitting the light and heavy bags...

Then I shower and clean up and return to the markets...

I have a light lunch around 1:30 pm...

And then around 2 pm I take a nap until around 3 or 3:30 pm...

Yes, it's a full day, but it keeps me busy and out of trouble...

After the markets are closed I relax and enjoy the evening...
