All access from Vancouver to the interior of BC is cut off, thanks to all five highways being closed. Abbotsford, which suffered the worst flooding in 2021, has declared a state of emergency , with over a thousand homes under evacuation orders, but this pales in comparison to what is happening in Washington across the border where up to 100k people are under evacuation alerts and orders. The rain has stopped for now but will resume tonight. LC
