I've never used closes for the HFTOM, or Happy Family Theory of Markets. Yeah, the NYA and Dow making new ATH's on this recovery does send a signal that the COMP, NDX, and SPX all will do the same. If anyone was using the WLSH still, it would signal that index as well. If the NYA remains limited by the long term monthly up-channel, the move higher will be more of a grind up from here than a breakout.
