As I have stated on a number of occasions, I prefer to buy on strength and average up on the cost basis, in essence adding to winners.
I recently purchased two ETF's in this portfolio and today they qualified for the 3%+ Buy.
DIVI: I doubled down on the holding going from 250 shares to 500.
