re Cracker Barrel As a former customer, the last time I went there was around 9 years ago. At that time i spent about 5 minutes asking the waiter item by item what they made in house at the "restaurant", Turned out it was almost nothing. eggs and toast if i remember correctly. maybe pancakes. Unless you are traveling and dont have access to fridge and microwave there is not much reason to stop and eat sub par food for $20 a pop, In Colorado there is a small chain Black Eyed Peas, and their food is prepared fresh, great vegetables and excellent service. Senior menu is around $15 and includes drink, rolls, main course and two sides.

A lot of times when i am gonna spend a couple of hours running errands i just put some coffee in my thermos cup and toss in a muffin and im ready to go. Most supermarkets have specials on tv dinners-like 4 for $10. what can you get for $2.50 anywhere? I stopped going to McDonalds after they refused to put milk in my coffee, told me if I wanted milk i had to buy a carton.

SBGI is making a nice move upwards. they have offered to purchase SSP for $7. i am a bit surprised that the share price of SSP is only around $4.70 but the scripps famliy owns something like 90% of the voting shares, so there are gonna have to get most of them to agree to sell, I continue to hold all m remaining shares of both . I jumped back aboard sbgi when i got a 7% plus dividend so I am well pleased. now paramount is my only loser in the space.
