It should be intuitively obvious to an idiot that this massive waste of money was the direct cause of the Biden inflation. Biden's idiotic, dramatic rollback of petroleum development, along with the general economic mess of Covid should have told Biden (the worse president in American history) that the idiotic spending bill was a disaster.
