The risk of loss is too great for Son and Company to not look to mitigate it.

Any settlement will be seen as what it is - capitulation - but at a controlled cost

Unless something goes 100000% ARMs way in the pretrial or final discovery matters - ARM needs to settle to control the loss

Been here multiple times with clients - they have been walked down a no win path .... there best hope is a settlement
