They settled with AAPL and won.... they fought and won against ARM.... they fought various governments and ultilmately won.... have they paid fines to settle some things and modified their contracts to avoid those entanglements - yessir

Smart business - fighting to the end to get the last 10% officially versus a 90% win with a settlement that everyone can read between the lines - makes zero business sense and is the action of the "patent trolls".

ARM cannot afford a complete and utter defeat in court that could provide a devasting monetary and structural verdict against them.... that is too big a risk given the complete loss they had in the 2024 license litigation
