Well, the serious side of the post might be that hanging on every small chink in the armor of Trump/MAGA seems to me like watching a stock market bubble looking to enter a short. Maybe an indicator or two starts to suggest the bubble has burst, but bubbles can go on much longer than most anyone expects - as folks are fond of saying.

My guess is the bigger picture needs to unfold a bit more -- things need to get much, much worse before collapse. With any luck, that happens sometime shortly before the mid-terms.
