I was disappointed when Qualcomm was laying bare Apple’s mischief during the opening statements of the trial and then Apple came running to them with a settlement offer. Qualcomm had no balls and agreed to business as usual. I would have loved to see what a jury would have awarded after all the facts were revealed.
