Force Majeures on NatGas are a hard thing to deal with. They pop up out of nowhere with almost no warning, and they happen only about once every decade or so.

I dodged a major one a couple years ago on NatGas at one of our plants by shutting down the plant for about 10-days. The NatGas was something like $105 during 10-day period as opposed to the $2.50 I had been paying.
