You don't have a clue as to what Trump pay's his employees.
This is a man who regularly stiffs his contractors because he didn't like the work that was done.

This is a man who views "deals" not as win-win, but as vehicles to enrich himself at the expense of others.

This is a man who suffers from acute narcissism and thinks he alone should keep any windfall profits from his ventures because it's his money that was invested.

I know how guys like him thinks. They are terrified of giving our windfall bonuses to their employees because, in their minds, the employees would then expect nothing less in the future. They have to be kept "in their place" and just be thankful for even having the privilege of working under them.

Taylor Swift doesn't think like that, obviously. She's an artist, not necessarily a businesswoman despite her Madonna-like success. She treats her employees like family, because why not? They're there for her.
