A creeper needs to be disclosed above 20% according to Canadian Security Laws. However, if they took it to 19.9% they would have defacto control of the company due to the high amount of voting shares. This could setup a proxy. At current market prices the total cost associated with these schemes could run as high as $70 million USD. Not a small chunk of change but if the stock keeps slipping it becomes much more realistic. The defacto is the most likely and cost effective way to do this. Yes, GF could be involved, but his participation would add layers of complexity to the process and cost and would not be easy. But doable.
It should be noted that Zentek is definitively heading into serious predatorial waters and needs to address the SP ASAP.
I learned a lot today.
Geez.
