Things are improving in southern BC, with some of the highways to the interior open again, but the problem area remains the water coming across the border from the south, where they got it much worse, with up to 100k people under flood warnings.

This atmospheric river dropped up to 145mm of rain in 24 hours. Alas, the next one, which will arrive Sunday or Monday, might be just as active. There is some uncertainty about whether the fire hose will be aimed directly at BC ot at Washington, but with several minor systems moving through and dropping precip before then, this does not bode well.
