Nice summary as always. I am still waiting on ERH and I think PDI still could be a buy. Yes, the premium is high, but not close to the "normal" premium historically. I haven't bought PDI since $17.40 and don't plan to right now so I am in the wait and see camp.

Hope your trip to HI is great and I hope you post a trip report here. I have a companion fare for $100 on Hawaiian Air that expires late Jan and I am planning to use it before then.

Lodging is so expensive now adayz! No matter where I look, AirBnB, hotel, etc. Yikes. Oh well, bite the bullet.
