M2C, here's HL Monthly Bar Chart. The breakout from a 32 year wedge formation projects 23.15. Overhead resistance at 23.75 & 26.49. With so many overlapping patterns it's best to look for a technical pattern to project an obj. Wave counting from 1992 would have been a 32 year frustrating experience. Breeze
