| | | I wondered when the chatter may turn to possible takeover of Zentek. However George, as you have pointed out Zentek has 3 main pillars, Albany Deposit, Triera's Aptamer platform and the multiple IP's held by Zentek. Personally I think maybe a single IP sale from the Zentek stable could make a huge difference in how our company is viewed and valued by the market. Any one of the IP's could be sold to generate the required funds to take the company as a whole to the next level.
Ask yourself what ZenArmor might be worth to Aramco. This product has the ability to inhibit rust on metal structures via paint. Structures like cars, trucks, oil rigs, naval vessels of all sorts, bridges and basically any metal structure that is exposed to the elements or salt water. Just for fun let's put a sale price for the ZenArmor IP at $30 million.
These funds could then be used to conduct new research. Given the expert scientists we have inhouse and the extensive network of Canadian University researchers, this would be an excellent investment.
Conduct a pre-feasibility study for the Albany deposit. Finish the environmental impact study.
Complete the process of getting our patents for the existing IP.
Hire someone to update our website and the Corporate presentations. Haha!
