Genes are not that deterministic. When it comes to behavior, it can be pretty soft. Humans are not that hardwired for behavior as you seem to believe. There is a lot of plasticity. That is where culture comes in. There are some things that seem to have a genetic basis. Like fascism. Just look at the common chimp, they are the very embodiment of a fascist culture. So much so, that you have to conclude our common ancestor was that way, hard to imagine that there is no common root. But not all human cultures are fascist. In fact, most are not even close.

You still haven't identified what genes you think are "white", much less controls "American culture", though. Can you point to them on a genome map?
