BREAKING: Marjorie Taylor Green arranges worst Christmas gift EVER for Mike Johnson — a plot to depose him as House Majority Leader!

Ever the vindictive and manipulative Republican, Marjorie Taylor Greene is using her last month in office in a last-ditch effort to oust Rep. Johnson from his leadership position.

Sources told MS Now (formerly MSNBC) that “Marjorie is approaching members to get to nine who will oust the speaker. And if we don’t get to work on codifying Trump’s agenda, anything can happen.”

If you’ll recall, Kevin McCarthy agreed to change the rules to allow a single Congressmember to file a "motion to vacate the chair,” in order to be confirmed as Speaker. In hilarious irony, this was then later used to remove McCarthy himself from the Speakership, and now Taylor Greene is trying to use it to get rid of Johnson.

Greene has an axe to grind with McCarthy because she accuses him of sidelining GOP women and not taking them seriously. The evangelical right-wing extremist who has dedicated his life to revoking a woman’s right to choose? That guy? No way!

She isn’t the only one, though. According to an anonymous GOP source, “several Republicans are mad at Johnson” and have been discussing a motion to vacate.

At a time when their party is reeling from electoral defeats, poll numbers are plummeting due to Trump’s bad economy, and state parties are openly defying the White House, the last thing that the GOP needs is yet another cut-throat leadership fight.

Republicans in disarray!
