Why couldn't the DOJ take that to court if it is as strong as you seem to think?

They routinely fail to convince grand juries. Which have a deserved reputation for indicting ham sandwiches. So they have a lot of newly earned experience in trying to take weak cases to court. Even so, they haven't been able to even get to the grand jury stage with what you claim is slam dunk evidence.

So maybe, just maybe, you have not the slightest clue as to what it means.
