The problem is that Trump blew past the early stage years ago. Trying to slow his decline is like trying to slow an avalanche. Joe Biden held the presidency for four years as a bumbling incompetent. Unable to perform even the most basic functions such as signing documents, conducting meetings, greeting dignitaries, lacked the ability to speak in cogent sentences. Frequent stumbling on multiple occasions, a clear sign of cognitive decline, was ever-present. He literally had to be "placed" in front lecterns at times, often couldn't remember which direction he came from, couldn't remember the year his son died or when he ceased being vice president. As president, during a deposition, the attorney simply addressed him as an "elderly man with a poor memory", and during a debate uttered the words, "We finally beat Medicare." He outrageously turned over the core duty of signing essential documents to other people who cannot even be actually identified on a given document.
You didn't say one fucking word about the 25th Amendment during Biden's term.
You are like a group of children. You see Biden with severe cognitive decline, so you're only response is to say that Trump has it, too. It is absurd. Trump has ZERO evidence of cognitive decline. He has some evidence of aging. That's a different thing.

It is a lie. He does not struggle to find words anymore than he did 30 years ago. I suspect his thinking is slower as it is with almost all 80 year olds.
Trump is running the country at the extreme of high competence. You may not like what he is doing, but fuck you on that. "We won the election" (borrowing a phrase from Obama).
