The surveillance state is a symptom. Oligarchy is the disease. The only cure is taking their power away, and that starts with getting money out of politics. Call your state representative’s office today. Ask for their schedule and the best way to follow their work. Then start showing up. Bring friends. Call. Email. Show up at their office. Show up at their events. Demand they pass a law barring any candidate who accepts non-individual contributions from appearing on the ballot. No corporate money, no dark money, no PAC money, or else you run as a write-in. Be loud. Be persistent. Never stop. We get money out of politics or we are cooked.
