The elite Russian 76th Guards Air Assault Division reportedly suffered the heaviest losses as they attempted to advance on Pokrovsk.



Ukrainian drone units have inflicted enormous losses on Russian troops within the last 48 hours. Most of the casualties occurred in the Donetsk region, where fierce fighting continues around Pokrovsk and Myrnohrad.

Drone operators from Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces (SBS) killed 976 Russians in just two days, the equivalent of two infantry battalions. Robert “Madyar” Brovdi - the SBS commander - said 471 Russian infantrymen were hit on December 10, with another 505 the next day. The elite Russian 76th Guards Air Assault Division reportedly suffered the heaviest losses as they attempted to advance on Pokrovsk.
