Eric,

There is one point regarding shorts volume, which is the "available"
number of "virtual" shares circulating in the market will be reduced.
The volume in the market is about 30m- volume based on my previous
post's analysis, and shorts volume has been reduced to 12m+ from
19m+, so the total market volume will be around 42m (the rest has
been held as either long investment or caught in higher prices.) The
period of the cycle of entire volume on the market changed hands will
be reduced from 18 to 15 trading days. Another words, the price will
be up dramatically with less volume in the near future. If the
trading volume keeps its pace with the last three days, then the
period of entire cycle will be reduced to 7-8 days, which matchs
the progressive reduction volume theory as its price drives higher.

The shorts must realize the above situation to reduce their risks
since there is no limit on upward price theoretically.
