I just read through all the Saturday/Sunday postings here and as group thread I want to recommend the whole bunch of you. George's reminder of ASHRAE closed the loop for me. I will add one other tertiary bit of info to the mix: under Federal Bill C3, ministers can now at their discretion override Cdn. regulator bodies for almost any reason and the advancement of new technological advancements in research and commercialization are among them. Not saying this is being used, just that it is accessible and the government mindset is more receptive. No doubt in my mind we are getting the Medical Device classification we want and soon. I've been the guy going on about the Cdn. Gazette these past few months and the last publication for this year is on Wed. Dec. 17th. So as more than just saying it and after reading your posts, I bought all I could this morning. Thanks to all of you for the confidence boost you provided.
