That's pretty much what I did a few years ago, with the exception of Australia and Papua New Guinea. Both of those jurisdictions have Anglo-oriented legal traditions, which happens to contribute to their being so-call "safe" places for investments. I am not sure if the North American Free Trade agreement has anything to do with it, and I say that not knowing if it even exists under Trump - I think not.
