Inode, if you truly believe that DOGE reduced spending by $250B and more, then you are seriously deluded.

Lots of journalists have examined the receipts and couldn't verify more than $63B in "savings."
Okay, so you have not only flipped politically, but you have convinced yourself that journalists are not only honest, but understand money. Damn.

You got it bad, man.

Yes, I think we know of close to 250B in savings that are sealed, and there will be more over time as a result of contracts not yet killed because they have to wait on the clock. We're only a year into it. Many of these contracts are several years in length.
