Couple of questions for the group mindshare.

So I've seen several articles written about the demise of the shopping malls. At one point there were like 11,000 across the US and now they are saying there are like 1200. I still have a position in SPG. On a recent trip to NYC and DC, we stopped in a shopping mall in "King of Prussia" mall in PA. First off, what an interesting name. Second, we specifically went to the Netflix House there and while it was interesting, I don't think it has long for this world. I and my family were under impressed with whatever they are trying to do there. I can easily see it shutting down in a couple years. But it looked like it took up a good chunk of the mall where say anchor stores like Macys, or JC Penny, or something else might have been.

I have listened to a couple SPG earnings calls in the past, and I think I heard them say they were repurposing the Mall real estate they have for other things. I'm just not sure I have confidence in what they are doing. Are there others here who may have held positions in SPG and have already sold or are thinking of selling....or are holding because you have more confidence in this Mall REIT that I do? I'm thinking of selling it and maybe replacing it with another REIT like PLD or O or something completely different.

Second question....I was thinking of starting a position in CVS now that our RiteAids have closed down, but it seems that boat has sailed, I should have gotten in around January. Does anyone know what the Catalyst for CVS's recent rise has been? Its done pretty well since January.
