I think i have a plan for the morning.

I added the IYRI position in a Taxable account, as a replacement for RFI. I'm going to sell the SPG position in an IRA and replace it with IYRI (the SPG position is like 4 times the size of the IYRI/RFI position in the taxable). Then I will sell the smaller IYRI position in the Taxable and add to the conventional equity positions there that are qualified in the Taxable account.

With that I put the REITs where they belong, in an IRA, and I can add to some already existing positions.

Just got the SSD Special Dividend notification about ORI where they calculate the amount to expect....wow...it's a nice New Years present.
