The Appeals Court asks Judge Boasberg why he's ignoring federal criminal procedure (pursuing a contempt charge without first referring for prosecution).

Like Judge Sullivan (who actually began prosecuting a defendant), Judge Boasberg is completely off his rocker and needs to be impeached.
