I was sorry to see Alan Weinstein resign from the board as he brought a needed element to take Gauzy to the next step.

He didn't take long to move on to a new company, Pluri

The appointment reflects the Board’s view that Mr. Weinstein brings a decisive, business driven perspective that aligns with Pluri’s objectives of strengthening market positioning and accelerating the recognition and realization of the significant value embedded in the Company’s underlying assets.

I think the lawsuit is bogus. After the imploding of the stock price, that firm went on stock threads asking for shareholders to join the action. I think they troll companies who've had a significant loss in price.

As how this debacle affects REFR, I believe what Joe said.

I met with Eyal Peso and agree with him that the filing is baseless. Gauzy has plenty of liquidity and this seems to be somewhat of an aberrational aspect of French law.

Regardless, the filing only affects some of the French subsidiaries and not their operations in Israel or in Germany where SPD is focused and produced.

Please excuse the brevity of my response but I am still at the automotive glazing conference in Detroit.
