So, you actually believe it is possible for a president to reduce the federal budget in less than a year after having taken office while the state of a California is OWNED by Democrats? And the connection you are trying to draw is, what exactly? Trump ran on reducing cost of the government. Instead he has made it dramatically more expensive. Yet somehow, it is because of the Democrats in California? Loopy "logic" at its finest.
