Those are completely different subjects / concerns.

Some people believe that animal hormones (given to animals to promote growth) may have effect on humans. Which is not true (unproven) since they don't pass the digestive system.

Plant based hormones or precursors, such as soy, work the opposite way, as a disruptor to hormonal balance, which if anything, reduces height.
