Hey Steak. I'm far from an expert on this sort of thing. There's no shortage of contradictory wording online. No wonder you need lawyers to figure this stuff out.
I've given the buy out option some thought and have come to a belief, not a conclusion that Zentek isn't in significant danger of being bought out. This due to the cost vs return.
Truth told Zentek is failing.
This is reflected in the SP.
Until this is fixed there's not much incentive to buy a losing pony.
If the SP were inexplicably climbing then that would be an indicator of interest. But we're just not seeing it. At least I'm not. So we're the stinky poor kid that sits alone at the lunch table until Dad lands a good paying job. Nobody wants to sit with us. Let alone adopt us.
Forgive the metaphors, they're just fun to spit out.
Could I be wrong? Hell ya!!!!! But I think we really need to give MJ a chance to see what he can do. I've read how folks are pissed about the RSUs as am I.
It's like saying let them eat cake.
They're coming off as EATERS.
And in the end EATERS get EATEN.
