I don't know, but I'm not going to rely on a site called The Phaser to tell me about adding Ag to Li-Ion.
You're an EE. Maybe electro chemistry wasn't your thing?
Material science is not the same thing as electrical engineering.

Maybe you should take Eric's advice and go get yourself a degree. Although with high tuition these days, it might be tough.
