Another Democrat activist lawsuit targeting Trump has failed. A federal judge refused to block White House Ballroom construction, reaffirming presidential authority over the executive residence.

U.S. District Judge Richard J. Leon (appointed by George W. Bush) has DENIED a motion by the National Trust for Historic Preservation that would have HALTED construction at the White House on President Trump’s $300M ballroom.
